We're fully open from the 8th of March!
COVID NEWS - Return to school, 8/3/2021
We are very excited to be welcoming the children back into school on Monday 8th March – it has been too quiet around here without you all!
Please keep an eye on your emails and the school website for more detailed information as we go forwards but, for now, here are some key things you need to know as we follow the most recent School Operational Guidance from the Department for Education:
- “All primary school pupils are expected to return to school on 8 March”
- When the children return, our risk management systems in place will mirror those in place before Christmas (set bubbles, staggered drop-off and pick-up times based on house groups in school etc.)
- “Staff in primary schools will continue to test… twice a week at home…”
- Primary school children will not receive regular testing
If you have any questions about the return to school on 8th March, please get in touch. If you need more information about the systems we will have in place when your children are in school, please refer back to the information sent out to you via email in September.
We can’t wait to have you back and to feel the school buzzing with its usual excitement again!
As we continue for the return, we will keep you up to date with information, plans and any other procedures of which you need to be aware.
See you soon!
**A reminder that you should not send your children into school on 8th March if your household is isolating due to a positive test or waiting the results of a test.**
