Topic: Today, we will be zooming in further and looking more closely at our local area. For you and your family, this might be Fulwood, Wychnor, Ingol, Cottom etc. This is a lovely activity that I look forward to each year. As a home learning task, I would recommend using this activity as your daily exercise and time out of the house. It is a walk that I have been doing a couple of times each week whilst in lockdown. Please see the attached file ‘Broughton Loop’ or ‘An Alternative Local Area Walk’. These activities are designed to help your child to become familiar with the local area in which they live and facilities that can be found in them.
