🎸 Times Tables Rockstar Day 🎸
Our Maths Times Tables Rockstar Day was a huge success! The children looked fantastic in their Rockstar outfits and impressed us all with their excellent times tables recall. It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm and confidence shining through. Keep up the great work by practising regularly at home using the TTRS app or website: https://ttrockstars.com/.
LCC Library Book Bus Visit
Today we were excited to welcome the LCC Book Bus to our school! Representatives from each class had the special job of choosing a new book they thought their classmates would enjoy. Next week, all children will get the chance to pick a “reading for enjoyment” library book to take home. We are also delighted to share that our new Harris Library is now fully stocked with over 400 brand-new books, ready for everyone to explore and enjoy.

If your child is in their final year of pre-school or nursery*, you can now apply for their primary school place for September 2026 at:

The application process is quick and easy, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once submitted.
✅ You must apply even if your child already has siblings attending the school.
✅ If you live in Lancashire, you can include out-of-area preferences on your online application.
🗓️ The closing date for applications is 23:59 on 15 January 2026.
