Year 6 Shine in a Practically Perfect Performance!
A huge well done to our fabulous Year 6 children for their supercalifragilisticexpialidocious performances of Mary Poppins this week! With catchy tunes, chimney sweeps, and a whole lot of magic, they truly wowed the audience and lit up the stage. We definitely have some acting superstars of the future—your energy, talent, and confidence were practically perfect in every way! #TheHarrisWay


Well done to all the children who took part in this afternoon’s Talent Show Final - Harris Got Talent – they were absolutely fantastic! Every act showed amazing confidence and creativity, and we’re so proud of everyone who performed. A special congratulations to our winners, who now have the exciting opportunity to perform on stage at Harris Fest on Tuesday after school. We can’t wait to see them shine again!

On Tuesday, please collect your child as usual from the classroom door at 3:15pm. Then if you are joining us for Harris Fest and the Summer Fair, you can bring your child around to the KS2 playground from 3:30pm. The children's class performances will begin from 4:30pm.

We’re excited to invite you to this year’s Harris Fest & Summer Fair, taking place this Tuesday, 15th July, immediately after school from 3:30 to 6:00pm.
🎵 Theme: The 1980s
Get ready for an afternoon of nostalgia as each class takes to the stage with performances inspired by the iconic music, dance, and fashion of the '80s! Expect classic hits, memorable moves, and plenty of fun.
In addition to the performances, our fantastic PTFA has organised a brilliant summer fair, featuring:
🎯 Exciting stalls
🍔 Delicious food & refreshing drinks
🎟️ A raffle with amazing prizes
We encourage everyone to join in the fun and dress up in your best '80s outfit—think bright colours, leg warmers, and big hair!

How it works
Sign up for free at your local library and receive a booklet containing all the information you need to help fix Alphabot, including a comic book story to unlock along the way.
To become a Reading Hero, read five books over the course of the summer, collecting stickers and prizes as you go!
To become a Reading Superhero, read five books and complete 3 of the tasks in the booklet. Reading Superheroes enter a prize draw for a £50 Lego kit of your choice!
